Issues with Persona 4 Arena @ LTG 7

For all those who was there for Persona 4 Arena,

For everyone that made the trip for Persona 4 Arena and didn't get a chance to play it because there was a long wait or the set up was gone, me and the team are sorry for the inconvenience. What we were not told was the duration of how long the set up was there and were not given any indication until later on in the day that the set up would be gone. The time was not set by us, but by the individual who brought down the set up. We had no prior warning about this, when we found out, we were unable to change anything or make proper notifications to any potential attendees (Which was around 1:30pm, time of opening).

Zen United are aware of these issues and they are making sure it doesn't happen again at any event they intend on showing Persona 4 Arena at.

From NGI/LTG we are sorry for the issues we may have caused by being unaware of the situation and please continue to support us.
